For those looking to escape from the hectic pace of the city to a place of rest, relaxation, tranquility and peace, Las Caletas - Drake Bay, is for you. Located close to the Corcovado National Park, Osa Peninsula, the access to our lodge is only possible by boat, riding or walking in. The small family owned and operated lodge (the owners are a Tico and Swiss couple) is condusive to releasing the pent-up stress of modern life and soaking up the tropical ambiance. The cabins and owners' house are perched atop a steep ridge right above a small private cove, with expansive views of the Pacific and the coastline north of Drake Bay. Careful landscaping highlights the natural setting, though electricity is available in all the rooms through noiseless solar panels and a water-driven turbine. The forest slopes gently down to the lodge itself. Las Caletas only entertains a few guests at a time, maximizing both attention and privacy.
